தமிழக அரசின் பல்வேறு துறைகளில் காலியாக இருக்கக்கூடிய இடங்களை நிரப்புவதற்கு நாளை குரூப் 4 தேர்வு நடைபெற உள்ளது. பத்தாம் வகுப்பு கல்வி தகுதி நிலையில் காலியாக இருக்கக்கூடிய 7,301 பணியிடங்களுக்கான தேர்வு நடைபெற உள்ளது. இதில் ஆண்கள் 9,35,344 பேரும், பெண்கள் 12, 67,457 பேர் என மொத்தம் 22 லட்சம் பேர் இந்த தேர்வில் பங்கேற்க உள்ளனர்
காலை 9:30 மணி முதல் மதியம் 12:30 மணி வரை இந்த தேர்வு நடைபெற உள்ளது. தமிழகம் முழுவதும் 38 மாவட்டங்களில் 316 தாலுகா பகுதிகளில் 7,689 மையங்களில் இந்த தேர்வு நடைபெற உள்ளது.
இந்த நிலையில், குரூப் 4 தேர்வு நாளை நடைபெற உள்ள நிலையில், மாநிலம் முழுவதும் சிறப்புப் பேருந்துகள் இயக்கப்படும் என்றும் தேர்வு மையங்களில் சிறப்புப் பேருந்துகள் நின்று செல்லவும் ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது எனவும் போக்குவரத்துக்கழகம் அறிவித்துள்ளது.
